The Moccamaster KBG Select is addressed to those who want to make filter coffee at the next level. As successor to the KBG 741, it retains the iconic design from 1974 up to today. Its fast, silent, made of recyclable high quality materials and is easy to clean. Available in many different colors, making it suitable to complement every space. Equipped with a 25 to 70 W power hot plate with fire protection, for keeping the desired coffee temperature up to 40 minutes. Makes up to 10 cups, approved to meet and exceed Gold Cup Standards with ECBC & SCA certification, independent of the amount made at the time. Handmade quality from the Netherlands without BPA. Included are the glass jug and a coffee dosser for a controlled perfect result.

Easy to use, you can choose to switch on the new ‘half a jug’ button which allows for a slower brewing time and gives you that full flavored coffee, even with just a few cups. Keeps the perfect water distillation temperature of 92° to 96° C, which prevents the coffee from being too hot or bitter. Can make 10 cups of coffee in just under 6 minutes. The distillation shuts off automatically after the brewing is finished and the hot plate keeps the jug warm at 80° to 85° C for up to 40 minutes before shutting off automatically as well.

Tips for better results:
• Use the dosser every time.
• For 1.25 Liter coffee, we recommend 60 to 75 grams of ground coffee.
